Terms and Conditions of Service

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Acceptance of a quote, either verbally, in writing, or by paying a deposit, forms a binding agreement between you ("the client") and TREEZE Professional.
• TREEZE reserves the right to adjust quotes where access, safety, or site conditions differ from the information provided at the time of quoting.

• Work will be scheduled at a mutually agreed date and time.
• The client must provide clear access to the work area, including removal of vehicles, pets and obstacles.
• TREEZE may reschedule in the event of unsafe weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances.

• TREEZE follows all relevant Australian Standards and safety procedures.
• The client must inform TREEZE of underground services, cables or hazards on site.
• TREEZE is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities or concealed structures.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, TREEZE will remove debris and clean the site after completion. Mulch may be left on site at the client's request.

• Payment terms are as stated on the invoice (usually due on completion).
• TREEZE reserves the right to charge reasonable late fees for overdue accounts.
• Ownership of all materials and work remains with TREEZE until payment is received in full.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled work may incur a fee to cover costs.
• In the event of poor weather or safety risks, TREEZE may reschedule without penalty.
